By registering as a café owner on Black Mars, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the café owner dashboard, loyalty platform, and related services.
Black Mars provides a digital loyalty platform that integrates with Square point-of-sale systems to automatically award stamps to customers. We facilitate connections between cafés and their customers — we are not responsible for the underlying coffee transaction.
You must: (a) have an active Square account and valid permission to connect it; (b) ensure your café's information is accurate; (c) honour rewards earned by customers through the platform; (d) comply with Australian consumer law regarding loyalty programs.
After the 60-day free pilot, the service is $79 AUD/month. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You must not: attempt to manipulate stamp counts; use the platform for fraudulent purposes; reverse-engineer our systems; resell access to the platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
Black Mars retains all intellectual property rights in the platform. Your café data remains yours. You grant us a licence to process your data for platform operation.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Black Mars is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
